Antibes, the technical capital.
Port Vauban, the Quai des Milliardaires, the International Yacht Club Antibes and the densest technical ecosystem in the Mediterranean: shipyards, suppliers, crew. The mandatory waypoint between two seasons.
Antibes is the port of substance for Mediterranean yachting. Unlike Monaco (showcase) or Saint-Tropez (seasonal destination), Antibes is an operational ecosystem: you come here to work on the vessel, recruit crew, find a shipyard, a rigger, an electronics specialist, a painter, an engine expert.
Main zones:
- —Quai des Milliardaires — the iconic quay for superyachts up to 165 metres, with both rare prime berths and a historical roster of the world's largest yachts. Managed by SAEPA (Société Anonyme d'Économie mixte du Port d'Antibes).
- —Port Vauban — the heart of the port, Europe's largest marina by capacity, accommodates every yacht size.
- —IYCA (International Yacht Club Antibes) — the club where captains, crew and crew agencies gather. Focal point for socialising and information in the professional yacht circle.

Crew & agencies
Antibes concentrates most top-tier Mediterranean crew agencies: Wilsonhalligan, YPI Crew, Bluewater, Hill Robinson, Hemisphere. Our local presence facilitates recruitment and reference checks.
Shipyards
Antibes and its hinterland (La Ciotat, one hour away) offer one of the highest concentrations of shipyards capable of hosting a superyacht for refit: Monaco Marine La Ciotat, Compositeworks, IMS Shipyard La Ciotat, Monacomarine Antibes.
Technical providers
Electronics, riggers, painters, engine specialists, navigation systems, stabilisers, water treatment, propulsion: the full yacht technical support directory is based within a 20 km radius of Antibes.
Recurring missions.
Post-season crew rotation — October-November, Antibes sees seasonal crews reaching end of contract. We coordinate contract terminations, final pay, repatriations, and recruitment of the next crew for the winter season or shipyard period.
Shipyard oversight — for vessels in local refit or at La Ciotat, we act as the interface between the owner, the shipyard and the various trades. Schedule tracking, financial reporting, work order approvals, milestone inspections.
Technical procurement & negotiation — Antibes offers the highest density of suppliers for competitive tendering on each material budget line (hull paint, electronics upgrade, engine overhaul). Our value: bring our long-standing terms to your benefit.
ISM/ISPS pre-audits alongside — Antibes and Port Vauban offer a calm, technical setting to run a pre-audit at the quay, without the pressure of an operational call. We favour this window to close non-conformities before the official audit.
